How do you make a report?
Report a problem in three steps: choose its location, describe what you see and check your report.
Choose the location
Search for an address or select a point on the map. You can also allow access to your current location. Check that the problem is at that spot. Look at existing open reports before selecting Next.
Describe the problem
Choose a common example or type a few words. Select a suggestion from the list below the field. You can also write a short description and choose a topic.
Add useful details
Under Where exactly?, you might write: the bench by the park entrance. A photo and further explanation are optional. Avoid recognisable people in photos and personal details in your text.
Check and save
Review your report and use Back to make changes. Saving gives you a report number. Your report is already saved before we ask whether you would like to add contact details for updates.
